Green Events Devon
www.greenevents.co.uk/devon/page-view.php?page_id=8
Greenevents are an independent organisation, not affiliated to any political group or set of beliefs, aiming to support and promote any person or group that works - peacefully and within the law - to encourage change to a more sustainable and wholesome lifestyle of personal and planetary well being. Such persons or groups are typically involved in activities, referred to here generically as 'green & holistic'.

  • 'Green' is used to imply: working to protect the environment from destruction, pollution or degradation, and taking steps to live in a more sustainable way. 'Green' typically includes such activities as: enviromental campaigning groups, alternative energy, fair trade, vegetarianism, anti-globalisation, ...
  • 'Holistic' emphasising the organic or functional relationship between parts and the whole. 'Holistic' typically includes such activities as: complementary therapy, natural health, positive living, meditation, one world, world music, community ....

The core service is free to enable and welcome everyone to join in both publicising & discovering information of a green & holistic nature - locally, anywhere in the UK.! We hope this will enrich our lifestyles whilst actually benefiting, rather than harming the planet. To help everyone all over the UK join in this project, we have made this site: open, free, interactive, fully searchable - & easy to use!
